Our journey began in 2020 during the pandemic in Houston, Texas. With a desire to create something different, we developed a unique Mexican style beef jerky made from our own recipes, bold seasonings, and flavors inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine.
What started as a homemade high-protein snack quickly turned into a growing demand. Customers loved the bold taste, authentic seasoning, and handcrafted quality. That’s when we realized Don Cervando was more than just beef jerky — it was a premium flavor experience.
Today, Don Cervando is proudly based in Odessa, Texas, where we continue producing handcrafted Texas beef jerky using carefully selected cuts of beef and signature spice blends. Our commitment to quality, authenticity, and bold flavor remains at the heart of everything we do.
